4. beWISR Rights and Obligations

4.1 Service Provision

beWISR commits to:

• Maintain Platform functionality and accessibility
• Provide support services as specified
• Protect users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Match mentors/coaches with appropriate clients
• Monitor service quality and user satisfaction

4.2 Platform Modifications

beWISR reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform
• Remove or modify content at its discretion
• Update features and functionality without prior notice
• Suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Software, algorithms, and technical solutions
• Training materials and methodologies
• User interface designs and layouts are the exclusive property of beWISR or its licensors.

5.2 Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Business Information

Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Proprietary business information
• Mentoring/coaching methodologies
• Client information and data
• Platform features and functionality

6.2 Session Content

All mentoring and coaching sessions are confidential. Users shall not:

• Record sessions without mutual consent
• Share session content with third parties
• Use session information for unauthorized purposes

7. Payment and Billing

• Fees will be charged according to the selected service package
• Payment terms are specified in separate service agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• beWISR reserves the right to modify pricing with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

beWISR shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• User-generated content or interactions
• Third-party services or links

9. Termination

beWISR may terminate or suspend access to the Platform:
